Neutrino is not Majorana particle

Many quantum physicists believe that the neutrino is both a matter particle and its own antiparticle (the Majorana particle).

Neutrinos contain both particles and antiparticles; neutrino particles and antiparticles are capable of annihilating pairs, so a neutrino is not its own antiparticle.

In the book "The Universe is a unified object", author Ngo Quang Ha provides a very detailed analysis of neutrinos: why neutrinos are only left-handed, where the mass of neutrinos comes from, and explains the phenomenon of neutrino oscillations..
